The world going towards fast living, and future generations need gadgets and customizing objects more than ever, customization is a main aspect to us for future generations. To make life simpler, more comfortable and economically affordable

iHouse, 35sqm unit provides a unique customized space for users, as iHouse will come in kit of parts or units, there will be a so called CORE UNIT which carries the characteristics of a particular type of housing and related furniture, for instance: living core, studio core, art core, shop core or a simple shelter. Other gadgets and usable parts may be built into the interior surface as well. By changing the core to a particular type, the user will habit the whole unit as that specific unit type and, simply in future, by changing the core type, it can be reused with different functionality.

iHouse can be placed on a rooftop, being extended or appended from an existing building, placed separately or being mass-production as modular housing.

Transformative

iHouse is architected like Kit of parts using CNC technology, this modular design will enable it to be mass produced or specifically produced to a specific needed function. Users get to select their own unit types by their interest. At tiniest, iHouse can be used with only 2 units, including the core unit at 22sqm.

Simplified design

This brings a simple architecture, and affordable adoption in a traditional environment. Simplification in structure and materials make it easy to adopt to an environment to create the harmony and connection.

Economic design

Self-sufficient and sustainable unit brings more opportunities. The way of designing which let to use less different materials and at the same time getting more day light inside units.

Unaffordability of land brings a challenge, and a customized, adopted housing would be the way to harmonized into the land or simply be considered as mass-production modular housing.
